About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Property Sales Administrator to support their busy sales team in Stoke-on-Trent . This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales department, managing administrative tasks, and providing excellent support to sales negotiators and branch managers. You will be responsible for handling client inquiries, managing property listings, processing sales documentation, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and a strong understanding of the property sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update property listings on various portals and the company website.
- Prepare sales particulars, marketing materials, and property details.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in person, directing them to the appropriate team member.
- Process sales documentation, including offer letters, memorandum of sales, and sales progression updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records and client databases.
- Provide administrative support to the sales negotiators and branch manager in Stoke-on-Trent .
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably within the property sector.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Staffordshire property market is a plus.
