Our client, a highly reputable estate agency with multiple branches in the Stoke-on-Trent area, is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Sales Valuer to join their busy team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for attending property appointments, conducting accurate valuations, and winning new instructions for the agency. You will leverage your knowledge of the local property market and your excellent customer service skills to build rapport with potential clients and represent the brand with professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market appraisals and valuations for residential properties accurately and confidently.
- Engage with potential vendors, provide expert advice on pricing, and secure new instructions.
- Maintain a proactive approach to following up on leads and converting them into instructions.
- Stay up-to-date with local property market trends and competitor activity in Stoke-on-Trent .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of instructions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Valuer or experienced Estate Agent with a strong understanding of property valuation.
- Excellent knowledge of the residential property market in Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a natural ability to build rapport.
- A confident and professional demeanour, with excellent presentation skills.
- A full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle is essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own diary effectively.
