Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, proactive outreach, and effective marketing strategies.

• Guide clients through the entire buying process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to secure successful property sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and industry contacts in Northern Ireland .

Requirements

• Previous experience in property sales or a similar sales-focused role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with the Belfast property market is a significant advantage.
