A welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Romford is seeking a dedicated Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026. This full-time position is ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about child development, learning, behaviour, and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.

Role Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils with additional learning needs within the classroom.
- Providing 1:1 and small group interventions.
- Assisting children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language needs, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Supporting behaviour management strategies and emotional regulation.
- Helping pupils develop confidence, resilience, and independence.
- Building positive relationships with pupils to encourage engagement in learning.
- Supporting teachers with classroom activities and learning resources.
- Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff.
