Our client is seeking a dedicated Public Affairs Officer to join their team in Bradford . You will be responsible for monitoring legislative developments, crafting policy-related communications, and representing the company in relevant forums. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze relevant government policies, legislation, and regulatory changes impacting the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage with policymakers, industry bodies, and stakeholders.
- Prepare briefing materials, position papers, and policy statements for internal and external use.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key individuals in government and regulatory agencies.

Requirements
- Degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or a related PR role.
- In-depth understanding of the UK political and legislative process.
- Excellent analytical, research, and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Experience working with diverse groups and managing sensitive information.
