Public Service Complaints Officer (Part-Time, Flexible)

Herefordshire Council is seeking a thoughtful Complaints Officer to join the Governance and Law Team in Hereford. You will handle complaints, information requests and feedback from the public, ensuring timely, fair responses and opportunities for service improvement.
