Job Title: Public Services Lecturer Location: Nottingham Salary: £33,742 - £42,182 per annum FTE (Band 7, pro-rata to £13,496 to £16,872 for part-time) Contract Type: Part-time, Permanent (2 days per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in public services-related subjects

• Support and motivate learners to achieve their academic and career goals

• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement

• Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Public Services or a related field

• Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)

• Experience teaching in further education or training environments (preferred)

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Industry experience in public services (desirable)
