Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase requisitions and accurately create purchase orders using the company's ERP system.
- Maintain supplier records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and pricing.
- Assist in tracking orders and resolving any delivery or quality issues.
- Handle incoming queries from suppliers and internal departments regarding purchasing matters.
- Organize and maintain all purchasing documentation, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
Requirements
- Previous experience (1-2 years) in an administrative , purchasing, or clerical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
- Experience with purchasing software or ERP systems is a strong advantage.
