Raise and send purchase orders to approved suppliers Chase outstanding orders and flag any delays that could affect production Plan incoming materials so production always has what it needs Work with the Quality and Technical teams to resolve supplier issues Keep purchasing records accurate and up to date on the company system Check supplier prices and request credit notes where needed As a Purchasing Assistant, your experience will include:
