Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier information, and contracts.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to manage stock.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office , particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems .
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for supplier and internal stakeholder interactions.
