Hours: Monday – Friday, Part-Time or Full-Time, 3–5 Days Per Week Shift: 8:00am – 6:30pm Location: Beaconsfield Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming Early Years setting in Beaconsfield.

You will support children aged 0–5 with their learning, development and daily routines, creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment in line with the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities

• Support children’s learning and development through play

• Follow the EYFS framework and individual development goals

• Observe and record children’s progress

• Support communication, social and emotional development

• Assist with meals, personal care and daily routines

• Build positive relationships with children and families

• Maintain a safe and stimulating Early Years environment

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years or equivalent

• Previous nursery or Early Years experience

• Good understanding of the EYFS

• Caring, patient and enthusiastic approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

• Right to Work in the UK

Desirable

• Experience working across the 0–5 age range

• Paediatric First Aid qualification

• Experience supporting children with additional needs
