Quality Assurance & Compliance Specialist – Education

South Hampshire College Group is seeking a proactive Quality Assurance and Compliance Officer to join our Teaching, Learning and Quality team across Southampton, Eastleigh and Fareham campuses. You will support QA processes, coordinate audits, and help drive continuous improvement across the College.

You will work with curriculum teams, analyze student feedback and destination data to ensure the learner experience informs decision-making, and collaborate with People & Culture to maintain staff
