Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance plans and procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct regular audits of quality systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and develop reports with actionable recommendations for management.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain all quality-related documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and inspection records.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing or related industry.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using quality management software and data analysis tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and remotely.
