About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector for their manufacturing plant in Bristol . This role is essential for ensuring that all products meet the company's high standards for quality and compliance before they are dispatched. You will conduct rigorous inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods, meticulously documenting your findings. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual and physical inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Utilize measuring instruments and testing equipment to verify product specifications.
• Document inspection and test results accurately in the quality management system.
• Identify non-conforming products and escalate issues to the Quality Control Manager.
• Assist in the implementation and adherence to quality control procedures.
• Ensure that all workstations maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Quality Control Inspector or in a similar role within manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
• Proficiency with common measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting findings.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles and manufacturing processes.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
