Quality Control Inspector

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods using various measurement tools and techniques.
• Identify and document product defects, non-conformities, and potential quality issues accurately.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to investigate root causes of quality problems and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all inspection and testing activities are conducted in accordance with documented procedures and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data, and quality reports.
• Participate in internal audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Quality Control Inspector or in a similar quality assurance role.
• Proficiency in using measurement and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Good understanding of quality control principles and manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
