The role as Quality Control Team Leader:
You'll lead the day-to-day operation of the QC Inspection team, ensuring high standards of product quality while developing people and driving continuous improvement.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading, supporting and developing the QC Inspection team Allocating workloads and ensuring production and customer requirements are met Driving continuous improvement across inspection processes Supporting root-cause analysis and structured problem solving Maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 and relevant H&S requirements Using quality tools including MSA, SPC and Process Capability Supporting audits, training and team development Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and performance
What our client are looking for as Quality Control Team Leader
You'll ideally have previous experience leading a Quality Control or Inspection team within mechanical engineering, together with a strong technical understanding of quality processes and continuous improvement.
You'll be a confident people leader, technically minded and solutions-focused, with the ability to communicate effectively, influence others and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
