Are you an experienced Quality professional ready to lead from the front and drive continuous improvement within a thriving manufacturing environment?

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Quality Lead to take ownership of our Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems while leading and developing a dedicated Quality Team.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and motivating the Quality department Managing ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and compliance Coordinating customer, supplier and internal audits Driving root cause investigations and corrective actions Managing customer complaints, warranty claims and supplier quality issues Reporting departmental KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities Supporting new product introductions and quality documentation Acting as the company's representative for Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental matters

What We're Looking For

✅ Proven experience in a Quality leadership role within manufacturing

✅ Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and quality management systems

✅ Experience with quality core tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC

✅ Skilled in root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies

✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills

✅ Data-driven, analytical and solutions-focused approach
