Looking for a clear route to Senior Quantity Surveyor and beyond? You'll take ownership of the commercial delivery of facade and cladding projects from procurement through to final account, becoming a key part of a close-knit and expanding commercial team. Key Responsibilities

Commercial management of projects from procurement to final account on Facade packages on both commercial and residential developments Cost reporting, forecasting and budget control Subcontract procurement and account management Variations, valuations and payment applications Experience Required
