The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor.

• Ideally experienced in refurbishment, fit-out or general building projects.

• Comfortable managing several projects simultaneously.

• Strong commercial awareness and subcontractor management skills.

• Excellent organisation and ability to prioritise competing deadlines.

• Confident working independently and taking commercial ownership.

• Experience with JCT contracts would be advantageous.

• A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.

The Package

• Salary £55,000 – £65,000 depending on experience.
