Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to join a major infrastructure project?

Our client is seeking a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of works on the Sizewell C project. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established construction business and play a key role in one of the UK's most significant developments.

Responsibilities

Managing project costs from inception through to completion Preparing valuations, applications for payment and final accounts Managing subcontractor packages and payments Assessing and pricing variations Identifying and mitigating commercial risks Supporting project teams to ensure commercial targets are achieved

Requirements

Previous Quantity Surveying experience within construction Strong understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts Excellent commercial and contractual awareness Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Infrastructure, modular, offsite or large-scale project experience beneficial
