Quantity Surveyor

A global Quantity Surveying consultancy with a UK-wide presence is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor with experience in, or an interest in, the data centre sector.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

Based in London, the new Quantity Surveyor will work alongside an Associate Quantity Surveyor and Director to deliver large-scale and technically interesting data centre projects across the UK and Europe.

The Director heading up this division is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work closely with the Associate, with pre contract experience particularly around cost planning and Stage 2 feasibility studies onwards.

The Quantity Surveyor

Data Centre project experience Good pre contract knowledge - cost plans / feasibility studies Ideally worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice Completed a construction related degree and/or MRICS Comfortable with travelling to Europe 1/2x a monthIn Return?

£55,000 - £65,000 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Flexible and hybrid working
