Quantity Surveyor

We’re working with a leading engineering and infrastructure business looking to strengthen its commercial team with a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of multidisciplinary engineering and design projects.

The role

• Manage commercial performance, cost reporting, forecasting and change control

• Support precontract pricing and commercial engagement for design packages

• Work with NEC3/4 contracts, particularly PSC and ECS options

• Monitor cost recovery, timesheets and project financial performance

• Collaborate with engineering, planning and finance teams

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a QS or Senior QS working with NEC contracts

• Strong commercial awareness and cost-control skills

• Background in design-led or multidisciplinary engineering environments

• Experience in cost reporting, forecasting and change management

• MRICS/MICES qualified or working towards chartership
