Quantity Surveyor – Highways | London (Hybrid Working) London / Hybrid | Permanent | 45 hours/week (flexible) Sponsorship not available We’re working with a leading infrastructure services provider who is looking to bring an experienced Quantity Surveyor into their growing commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile highways maintenance contract across North London, where you’ll play a key role in delivering essential infrastructure projects. If you’re looking for a role where you’ll have real commercial influence, exposure to varied works, and the chance to develop within a supportive team—this could be a great fit. The Key Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of the commercial aspects of multiple work streams, including highway surfacing, drainage, road markings, and asset maintenance. You’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing and agreeing pricing with clients ahead of works
- Managing subcontractor packages, including orders and payments
- Handling variations and negotiating commercial agreements
- Supporting financial forecasting and monthly reporting
