As a Quantity Suveyor you will…
Managing the commercial delivery of assigned projects and workstreams.

Supporting contract reviews and identifying commercial risks.
Managing CVRs, cost-to-complete forecasts and contingency positions.
Administering change control processes including variations and compensation events.
Preparing commercial inputs into management accounts and reforecasting cycles.
Managing WIP, applications for payment and final accounts.
Supporting subcontractor procurement, management and final account settlement.
Acting as the primary commercial contact for allocated projects and workstreams.

About you…
Ideally, you'll have experience within a Quantity Surveying or commercial environment, with a good understanding of NEC, JCT and/or FIDIC contracts. You'll have experience managing CVRs, WIP, forecasting, cashflow and change control, alongside supporting tendering and pricing activities. Strong commercial awareness, stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. A relevant degree-level qualification is required, and membership of or progress towards a professional body such as RICS or ICES would be advantageous.
