Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a well-established stone contractor operating across the UK construction sector is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in central London.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement and estimating support

• Management of subcontractor packages and payments

• Preparation and submission of applications for payment

• Monthly valuations and cost reporting

• Management of variations and change control

• Preparation and agreement of final accounts

• Client liaison and commercial reporting

• Commercial management of multiple live projects

Experience & Background

• Strong commercial experience within construction, ideally with a specialist subcontractor or SME

• 5–10 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying / Commercial role

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong understanding of subcontractor procurement and cost control

Qualifications

• HNC / HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline
