R&D Laboratory Equipment Manager & Site Lead

Beautiful Recruitment seeks a Site-based Laboratory Equipment Manager to oversee maintenance at the Southampton Innovation Centre. Lead a team of lab engineers and technicians, coordinating PPM and on-site service delivery to keep equipment running across nine laboratories.

You will work on-site five days a week with a strong background in lab facilities management and experience using SAP/CRM for asset control. Drive improvements and cost efficiency while partnering with Lab Managers.
