About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to join their fully remote acquisitions team. This senior role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing new real estate investment opportunities across the UK. You will conduct detailed financial analysis, market research, and due diligence, playing a key part in shaping the company's investment portfolio. Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify promising real estate acquisition opportunities aligned with the company's investment strategy.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis, including discounted cash flow modeling and pro forma underwriting.
• Perform comprehensive due diligence, encompassing legal, environmental, and physical property assessments.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and facilitate the closing process for all acquisitions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property brokers, owners, and other industry professionals.
• Prepare detailed investment memorandums and presentations for senior leadership and investment committees.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate acquisitions , investment, or corporate real estate.
• Demonstrated success in originating and closing complex real estate transactions.
• Expertise in financial modeling, underwriting, and valuation techniques.
• Strong understanding of real estate law, contracts, and due diligence processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
• Ability to excel in a remote work environment, managing projects independently and collaboratively.
