You will work independently from your remote office, leveraging market intelligence and your negotiation expertise to secure optimal terms. Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential acquisition opportunities within specified geographic areas and property types.
• Conduct thorough due diligence , including financial analysis, market research, and site inspections (as necessary and feasible remotely).
• Negotiate purchase agreements and transaction terms to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, sellers, and other industry professionals.
• Prepare detailed investment proposals and present them to the investment committee.
• Manage the entire acquisition process from initial contact through to closing.

Requirements

• Proven track record in real estate acquisitions or business development within the property sector.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, market trends, and valuation methodologies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a complex pipeline of deals.
• Experience using CRM and other software tools to manage relationships and track deals.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
