Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasehold agreements .
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on property portfolios and individual assets.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, licenses, and sales contracts.
• Advise clients on planning law, property finance, and environmental matters.
• Liaise with external parties such as surveyors, lenders, and local authorities.
• Provide strategic advice on property development projects and site acquisitions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years' experience as a solicitor specializing in commercial real estate .
• Proven ability to handle a varied caseload of property transactions independently.
• Strong knowledge of property law, contract law, and associated legislation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Experience working with a range of clients, from individual investors to corporate entities.
• Membership in the Law Society of England and Wales is essential.
