Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leasing agreements.
• Conduct due diligence on property portfolios, identifying and mitigating legal risks for clients.
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases, licences to assign, and other property-related documents.
• Advise clients on property development, planning law implications, and landlord and tenant issues.
• Liaise with external parties such as surveyors, agents, and other legal professionals to ensure smooth transaction progression.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property law and relevant legislation, advising clients accordingly.

  Requirements
• Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with a minimum of 4 years' experience in commercial property law.
• Proven ability to handle a diverse caseload of property transactions independently.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with property development finance and joint ventures would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
