About the Role

You will be instrumental in identifying and securing new development opportunities across the UK , managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and secure new real estate development opportunities across the UK .
• Manage all aspects of the development process, including feasibility studies, planning applications, and legal agreements.

• Oversee the construction phase, working with contractors and consultants to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Significant experience in real estate development, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
• Strong understanding of the planning system, construction processes, and financial appraisal techniques.
• Excellent negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in development appraisal software and standard project management tools.
• Ability to operate effectively and autonomously in a remote working environment.
