Real Estate Development Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Real Estate Development Manager to lead their exciting projects in Belfast . This role requires a skilled professional to manage the entire development process, from site acquisition and feasibility studies through to design, construction, and final project delivery. You will play a critical role in identifying new development opportunities within Northern Ireland, managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships to ensure the successful and profitable execution of real estate ventures, contributing to the company's growth and reputation in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential real estate development opportunities, including site acquisition and feasibility analysis.
• Manage the complete development lifecycle, including planning, design, and construction phases.
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and maximizing profitability.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and legal teams throughout the development process.
• Secure necessary planning permissions and comply with all relevant regulations in Northern Ireland.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate development management, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
• In-depth understanding of the development process, planning regulations, and construction methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and deal structuring.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Experience working within the Belfast or wider Northern Ireland property market is highly advantageous.
• Relevant degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
