Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial modeling and analysis of potential real estate investments, including cash flow projections and ROI calculations.
• Perform market research and feasibility studies to identify attractive investment opportunities and assess market risks.
• Prepare comprehensive investment reports and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
• Monitor the performance of existing assets within the portfolio and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Stay informed about economic trends, capital markets, and industry developments affecting the UK real estate sector .
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including brokers, lenders, and legal advisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as an Investment Analyst , preferably within the real estate or financial services industry.
• Strong financial modeling skills (Excel proficiency is essential) and a solid understanding of valuation methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial data.
• Familiarity with the Brighton and South East property markets is a plus.
