About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze potential real estate investment opportunities, including financial viability and market risk assessment.
• Develop detailed financial models, including DCF, IRR, and ROI calculations for proposed deals.
• Conduct comprehensive market research on property trends, economic factors, and competitive landscapes.
• Perform due diligence on acquisitions, including legal, financial, and physical property assessments.
• Prepare investment committee presentations and reports for senior management.
• Monitor the performance of existing investments and provide recommendations for asset management strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of experience in real estate investment analysis , financial modeling, or corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and property investment principles.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling software, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the Milton Keynes property market is a plus.
