About the Role

Our client seeks a sharp and analytical Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their fully remote team, supporting operations from Milton Keynes . This critical role involves researching potential investment opportunities, conducting in-depth financial modeling, and preparing detailed reports to guide strategic investment decisions. You will work closely with senior management and external partners to identify and evaluate lucrative real estate ventures across the UK. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze potential real estate investment opportunities, including market research and due diligence.
• Develop complex financial models to forecast investment returns, risks, and sensitivities.

• Monitor existing portfolio performance and provide recommendations for asset management strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and real estate analytics software (e.g., Argus).
• Strong understanding of real estate capital markets, valuation methods, and deal structuring.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
