Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities.
- Develop complex financial models to forecast property performance, including DCF, IRR, and ROI calculations.
- Perform comprehensive due diligence on potential acquisitions, including financial, legal, and physical assessments.
- Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
- Monitor the performance of existing assets and recommend strategies for value enhancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong financial modeling skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with real estate data providers.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
