Key Responsibilities

• Analyze potential real estate investment opportunities, including market research, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
• Prepare detailed investment memorandums and present findings to the investment committee.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective acquisitions, including site visits and property inspections.
• Monitor the performance of existing portfolio assets and provide recommendations for asset management strategies.
• Assist in sourcing new deals and building relationships with brokers, developers, and other industry professionals.
• Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting real estate investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, or a closely related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and ARGUS software preferred.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
