About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and driven Real Estate Investment Associate to join their remote-first investment team, supporting their operations across the UK with a focus on opportunities within or accessible from Leeds, West Yorkshire . This role is integral to sourcing, evaluating, and executing real estate investment opportunities. You will be responsible for conducting thorough due diligence, developing financial models, and contributing to investment committee presentations. This position offers a unique chance to work in a fully remote capacity, collaborating with a geographically diverse team and contributing to a significant real estate investment portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze potential real estate investment opportunities, including sourcing deals and evaluating market viability.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis, including developing complex financial models for property acquisitions and developments.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential investments, assessing risks and returns.
• Prepare detailed investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management and investment committees.
• Assist in managing relationships with brokers, developers, lenders, and other industry professionals.
• Monitor existing portfolio performance and provide analysis for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate investment , corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with real estate data platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
