About the Role

Our client is seeking a bright and ambitious Real Estate Investment Associate to join their growing team in Leeds . This role is crucial in supporting the acquisition, development, and management of diverse real estate assets across the UK. You will be involved in market research, financial analysis, due diligence, and deal execution, working closely with senior investment professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of real estate finance, and the ability to contribute effectively in a collaborative, hybrid work environment that balances office-based teamwork with remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies for potential real estate investment opportunities.
• Develop and analyze detailed financial models, including DCF, IRR, and NPV calculations, for proposed transactions.
• Assist in the due diligence process, reviewing property data, legal documents, and financial statements.
• Support deal sourcing and origination efforts through networking and market outreach.
• Prepare investment committee memos, presentations, and reports for senior management.
• Monitor the performance of existing investments and contribute to asset management strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate investment , corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Proficiency in financial modeling in Excel and experience with real estate data platforms.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with experience presenting complex financial information.
• Ability to work effectively both independently in a remote capacity and collaboratively in an office setting within a hybrid model.
