About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Photographer to capture high-quality images and videos of properties in and around Norwich . This is a contract-based role, offering flexibility in your schedule. You will be responsible for producing stunning visual content that enhances property listings and attracts potential buyers. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled photographer with a passion for architecture and interior design to work on diverse projects, collaborating with real estate agents and agencies to showcase properties effectively in the competitive Norfolk market.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to various property locations to conduct photo and video shoots.
• Capture high-resolution photographs and engaging video tours of residential and commercial properties.
• Edit and enhance images and videos to professional standards, ensuring optimal lighting and composition.
• Deliver final edited content within agreed-upon deadlines to agents and agencies.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences for each shoot.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Photographer or similar visual content creation role.
• Proficiency with professional photography and videography equipment and editing software.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and architectural photography principles.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple assignments.
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality real estate photography is required.
