About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to support their busy team in Nottingham . In this crucial role, you will manage the administrative aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring all deadlines are met and documentation is accurate and complete. You will act as a key liaison between agents, clients, lenders, and legal professionals. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively, working within a supportive hybrid model that combines focused remote work with necessary office-based coordination and team interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire transaction process, from offer acceptance to closing, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently.
- Coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and title companies to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Prepare and review all necessary transaction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Track deadlines, manage contingency periods, and ensure timely execution of all contractual obligations.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for all transaction-related documents.
- Communicate proactively with all parties involved, providing regular updates on transaction progress.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the transaction process.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator , administrative assistant, or similar role is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using real estate transaction management software and standard office applications (MS Office Suite).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and professionals.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working within a hybrid structure, with flexibility for both remote and in-office duties in Nottingham .
