You will be responsible for producing accurate and defensible valuations for diverse purposes such as financial reporting, acquisitions, disposals, and lending security. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical inspections and detailed market research for accurate property valuations.
• Prepare high-quality valuation reports for various purposes, including statutory valuations, investment appraisals, and portfolio reviews.
• Analyse market trends, comparable evidence, and economic factors impacting property values in the Bristol area.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and present findings.
• Ensure all valuations are conducted in accordance with RICS Valuation Standards (Red Book) and other relevant professional guidelines.
• Maintain professional competence through continuous professional development and staying updated on industry best practices.

Requirements

• Full MRICS or equivalent qualification with a strong background in valuation surveying.
• Minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience in real estate valuation .
• Proficiency in various valuation techniques and a solid understanding of the property market.
• Excellent report writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage own workload, meet deadlines, and work effectively within a team.
