About the Role
Our client seeks an experienced and meticulous Real Estate Valuer to join their established firm, operating with a flexible, primarily remote structure based in or around Stoke-on-Trent . You will be responsible for conducting accurate and timely valuations of residential and commercial properties across the region. This role requires a deep understanding of property market dynamics, valuation methodologies, and regulatory requirements. You will work independently, reporting findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, contributing expert insights to the Staffordshire property landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional valuations of a wide range of properties, including residential, commercial, and industrial assets.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to determine accurate property values.
- Prepare detailed and compliant valuation reports for various purposes, including sales, financing, and dispute resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property market trends, legislation, and best practices in Stoke-on-Trent .
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and lenders to gather necessary information and present findings.
- Ensure all valuations adhere to RICS Red Book standards and other relevant professional guidelines.
Requirements
- Qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Property Valuer or Surveyor.
- Proven expertise in residential and commercial property valuation techniques.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a busy caseload effectively.
- Familiarity with the Staffordshire property market is advantageous.
