HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (part-time hours across 5 days is also an option)

SALARY: £27,000- £28,000pa

Reception Duties
Welcoming visitors and ensuring a professional first impression.
Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately.
Handling client queries with professionalism and efficiency.
Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
Maintaining reception and communal areas to a high standard.Administrative Support
Providing ad hoc administrative support to Directors and senior team members.
Booking domestic and international travel, accommodation, and transport arrangements.
Coordinating diaries and scheduling meetings on an adhoc basis.
Updating trackers and database management
Preparing meeting rooms, refreshments, and supporting meeting logistics.
Assisting with document preparation, presentations, and correspondence.
Supporting general office administration and operational tasks as required.Is this you?
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Confident communicating with clients, visitors, and senior stakeholders.
Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proactive, flexible, and willing to assist wherever needed.
Professional in appearance and approach.
