This is a varied role combining reception, front-of-house and office administration, ideal for someone who enjoys dealing with people as much as keeping things organised behind the scenes.

What you'll be doing
• Welcoming visitors and providing a professional front-of-house service

• Liaising with building management and contractors
• Ordering office supplies and monitoring stock
• Providing administrative support across the wider business
• Supporting colleagues across other office locations
• Helping to maintain an organised and professional working environment
• Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes
What we're looking for
You'll have previous experience within reception, office administration or business support and enjoy working in a varied, people-focused role.
You'll also bring:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to manage different priorities
• A proactive, hands-on approach
• Good Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams skills
• Confidence using your initiative
• A reliable and flexible approach
Experience within a corporate environment would be beneficial but isn't essential.
Please note: this is a fully office-based role in central Bristol.
If you're looking for a varied reception and administration role where you can become a key part of the day-to-day running of an office, apply today.
