Receptionist US Law Firm Up to £38,000
Working hours: Monday-Friday, shifts between 8am-6pm
Location: City of London
Working pattern: Office-based
Salary: Competitive up to £38k, plus benefits

Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
Coordinating meeting rooms, catering, and office events
Managing mail, couriers, and day-to-day office services
Supporting operations when required across the office
Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the workplace
What we're looking for:
2 years minimum experience in a front-of-house role in a legal or corporate environment
A professional and approachable communication style
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to help wherever needed
Confidence working in a busy corporate environment
