Recovery-Focused Community Mental Health Nurse

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the Regents Health Primary Care Network in the North Westminster Mental Health Hub.

You will work within a multidisciplinary community mental health team, providing assessment, treatment and psychosocial interventions to people with a range of mental health needs, promoting recovery in a community setting.
