Recruitment Administrator - Temporary Staffing

Recruitment Administrator – Temporary Staffing

Droitwich Spa | Full-time, Permanent | Office based

Can you combine fast-paced recruitment support with strong organisation, accurate administration and the ability to think on your feet?

Based at our Droitwich Spa office, you'll join a small, experienced team supporting high-volume temporary recruitment across driving, logistics, warehousing and other sectors, including key and national accounts.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining candidate sourcing and screening, recruitment administration, compliance and onboarding.

Another key part of the role involves checking weekly timesheets and hours for a large temporary workforce. This includes spotting errors or discrepancies, following up on queries with temporary workers and clients, and ensuring everything is accurate before the information is passed to our central Payroll team.

It's a busy, deadline-driven environment where you'll need to juggle different responsibilities, adapt to changing priorities and enjoy working as part of a team.

Previous recruitment experience isn't essential. We're equally interested in people with strong administrative experience who are confident dealing with people, comfortable using different systems and happy working at pace.

What else will you be doing?

• Speaking with candidates and temporary workers, checking availability and suitability, answering queries and keeping in regular contact.

• Supporting candidate registrations, onboarding, references, right-to-work checks and compliance administration.

• Maintaining accurate candidate, temporary worker and assignment information across our recruitment systems.

• Providing general recruitment administration and telephone support to the team, helping across different requirements as priorities change.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has administration experience in a busy, fast-paced commercial or service environment, with the ability to juggle different priorities and meet deadlines.

• Is highly organised and accurate, with good attention to detail and confidence working with numbers.

• Is confident using IT systems, quick to learn new software and comfortable working across different platforms.

• Has good communication and telephone skills, enjoys speaking with people and is happy proactively contacting candidates.

• Is adaptable, practical and proactive, with the ability to think on their feet, use initiative and respond confidently to changing priorities.

Previous experience in recruitment administration, candidate sourcing or screening, CRM systems, compliance checks or right-to-work documentation would be an advantage, but isn't essential.

What's in it for you?

• Individual and team-based incentives and rewards.

• Work for an independent business owned by the people who work here.

• Training, mentoring and support from an experienced recruitment team.

• Wider learning and development opportunities, with the chance to develop your skills and take on more responsibility.

• Holiday allowance that increases with service.

• A range of health and wellbeing benefits.

• Central Droitwich Spa office with free parking, close to rail, bus links and local amenities.

Working hours

This is a full-time, office-based position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.
