A key focus will be designing and delivering online recruitment assessment centres, so we're looking for someone who can take ownership and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers to support recruitment planning, candidate attraction and selection.
• Source candidates through job boards, direct sourcing, talent pools, referrals and approved agencies.
• Design, develop and deliver online recruitment assessment centres for designated roles and high-volume campaigns, ensuring assessments are structured, fair, consistent and aligned with role requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor recruitment data, maintain accurate records and identify opportunities to improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Ensure recruitment activity follows relevant data protection, right-to-work, safeguarding and pre-employment procedures.
• Share recruitment knowledge and support consistent practices across the team.

• Hands-on experience designing, developing and delivering online recruitment assessment centres, ideally for high-volume campaigns, with the ability to assess candidates fairly and consistently.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate-assessment skills.
• Experience working with hiring managers and building effective working relationships.
• Excellent organisation, communication and time-management skills.

Experience in multi-site recruitment, direct sourcing or recruitment process improvement would be advantageous. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and meet the relevant vetting requirements.
