Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract skilled engineers across various disciplines (mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering clients and hiring managers.
• Conduct effective candidate assessments and technical screening.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from vacancy to placement.
• Stay informed about technological advancements and trends in the engineering industry.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment , with a passion for or experience in the engineering sector.
• Strong understanding of engineering roles and required skill sets.
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and client requirements simultaneously.
• Organised and proactive approach to business development.
